More than a pious hope, a reality! At the National Institute for Agricultural Research of Montpellier (INRA), researchers are developing intelligent packaging. Less mold but this package also preserves the taste, color and texture of the product. This dietary film could be revolutionary. Currently in France, 60% of fruit and vegetable products are thrown away without being eaten.
